Jockey SA defective products

I am a pensioner. Purchased R700 odd underwear on their online platform. After 2 washes the seams on the garments started to unravel. I then sent a complaint on their email system. They requested screenshots which I have tried to send to them on 4 occasions. The messages are not delivered and when I advise them of this fact, they insist that I must send them screenshots. I asked for a whatsapp number they refused. A couldn't give a damn attitude.
