Jockey Gateway

This is my 3rd visit to the new location of the Jockey shop in Gateway. What absolute poor customer service! Yesterday the one lady was busy on the computer the whole time. Never spoke to me or asked me if I needed help. The same with the other lady working there. I was looking for the right sizes but not once did they came and ask me if they can help. I had to go to the counter and ask them and even then they were very unhelpful. Before I paid I told them that there is no customer service and the one lady said: because of the bra’s. The other one just looked at me. I always bought all our underwear at Jockey in Gateway (when it was still at the previous location) because the staff were very friendly and helpful but find that it is very unpleasant at the new store. If you have cameras you can check on 3 January 2025 at 18:15:30 to have a look. Another customer also came in while I was standing at the till and asked for something and they one lady also just showed him where to go, not going with him to help. I am sure this store can do at least more than double their turnover with better customer service.
