<p>After pathetic (non) treatment at the hands of Foschini's (see earlier review dd 15/03), in desperation I resorted to contacting Jockey direct and immediately customer liaison Vanitha Pillay put me in touch with Gateway Jockeyshop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nelly Ndluvu went out of her way to source the panties I was looking for and patiently explained my colour options and today they've been delivered by courier to me in Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs down, Foschini's, and yeah! to Jockey for top-rate performance. You're definitely the winner here.</p>
