Faults on not refundables

I just want to express how disappointed I am. I bought a whole bunch of jockey underwear. I had it all washed before I could wear it as I do with all new clothing, only to see that some of the stitching had already come loose and obviously underwear is non refundable. This is very disappointing because the brand is so expensive.
