82 Days and still unresolved - A SHOCKER>>>>

From March 20 to 10 June I have had to winge and wine to get any sort of feedback from the customer support - and then repeat the process numerous times AND still - they have not resolved the issue Keep the customer updated and happy - word of mouth is so very strong.
