Worst service i ever encountered

Worst service ever, they have been promising me someone would come out for a quote from monday the 17th Feb. Joshua made arrangements so we can meet and he can give me a quote, but kept blowing off the meeting, and on the 4th day we were scheduled to meet at 11:00 on Friday, he didn't pitch, so i called him at 12:00 and asked whats happening, he told me that he will arrive at my place in an hours time. About an hour afterwards i phoned him again and asked what going on, and he said his mother passed away. He then asked me if we could reschedule again and if it's ok if we meet today (monday 27 Feb) at 12pm sharp. I sent him my condolences and told him thats fine. Been waiting the whole day and was just so fed up that i have to phone him every time. So i just didnt call him at all. I understand if there is a family crisis, but i keep my potential clients in the loop the whole time , and i always phone them, i will feel to bad if my clients would have to phone me the whole time. Do youself a favour and don't waste your time with these guys
