Good day Dr I want to say thank you for the procedure that you performed which is laparoscopic myomectomy, I know there are some few codes that the medical aid refused to pay, so I'm responsible to pay that shortfall because that is not your fault that my medical aid didn't cover all the cost for the procedure.
