Very bad service

I had the worst experience with joburg City Ford in Newtown, Johannesburg, I took my 2017 model Ford Fiesta ST for 80000km minor service on the 26 November 2020. I also reported that the light on dash for tyre pressure illuminates some times but was off at the moment, comes on sometimes but when i reset it, it goes off. They wanted to charge me for 4 Tyre pressure sensors R3400, as they told me they were missing when they removed the tyres. I told them that all 4 cannot be missing as the 2 tyres were still the original from the factory and were never rempved. I told them not to fit it but they informed me that they were going to charge me R450 for removal of tyres. When members of the facebook group Fiest ST South Africa informed me that the ST dont have TPS, I called other dealerships like Basil Green Ford Edenvale who verified that ST Fiesta doesn't have TPS. I also called Tiger Wheel & Tyres who also confirmed the same. I reported back to Joburg City Ford who had to look into it and only afterwards acknowledged and said I dont need to pay R450. My car was still under warranty and they told me my radiator water bottle has slight cracks & small pipe leaking. They will claim under Warranty. My car stood there for 7 days with no updated from service advisor. Service is extremely bad, they were supposed to fetch me to collect car and i waited from 14h00 until 17h15 when they told me they can't pick me up. The dealer principal only responded once that he will look into the matter.
