Terrible experience by Ford Joburg City

I took my car to Jorbug City Ford for service. When I received it, it had a scratch on the door, which was not there before. The guy by the name of "Simon" told me I was lying even though all the pre checks proves that there was no scratch. I have an insurance to cover scratch and dents so I will sort out my car. As for Jorbug City Ford; I will never use you guys ever. Infact, I should really love a ford car for me to buy this brand again in the future.
