Joburg city ford is a no go dealership.

Very poor service at jc ford.this dealership Is a real keep away.i took my ford ranger there to do gear box in dec 2019 they havent sort it out until today.my car stil under warranty that im paying for i sent the claim to my insurance and they authorized my claims both gear box and flex plate needed tp be replaced.they instead recon my old gear box and put the old flex plate back on to the car.they asked me to come collect my car for which i did in dec 2019 and few days later same parts broke down again.the major issue is now they saying they not liable for the same parts my insurance authorised few weeks earlier.how come this dealership operates in this manner.i mean im paying for the warranties and stil paying the car off that im not even driving.my insurance adviced me to go see joburg city ford dealers principal and it seems like im told everytime he is out for workshop.the management keeps telling me they not liable so who is?
