I don't wish city ford Joburg to any ford client

Come to think about it I read the reviews before taking my car there and I thought no ways all those stories could be true let me take my car there for an anti theft blinking light since ford lives up to thier values in pushing client services but what a worst night mare it's been over a week I took my car there and honestly I regret eversetting foot there what a worst night mare next thing I'm called come collect the vehicle and I take my time off work and along the way a phone call the car isn't ready as yet ,the lock smith story ,the wiring story , the phone calls in between my working hours my life has been turn upside down ...for how long will the reviews go on till someone does something I recorded all the conversation I have had with them and I will find out where the head office is and ask the lay a complaint on the terrible and exploration of clients that buy into the Ford brand
