Customer complaints

Joburg city Ford are so *********** when it comes to ordering car parts to fix your car and their car assessment is so inaccurate. I'm having almost 2 weeks without my car waiting for car parts to be delivered and within these days I'm not getting any follow up on the progress instead I'm the one who always has to call to hear whats going on. I am very disappointed with the customer service at joburg city Ford because it create so much inconvenience to my finances regarding transportation.
