very bad service from Joburg City Auto - BMW Dealership

My wife's car broke down today 17/07/2019 and we called Joburg City Auto - BMW Dealership and they said we must tow the car in, when we got the we were told they wont accept the car because we once serviced the car at an RMI approved dealer even though its under warranty. We were treated with no respect and the front desk lady was just showing off telling us how our car is no longer on their standard and they wont touch it. only because we took the car for a service at an RMI approved dealer
