I have a serious problem with bmw Joburg Citu Auto, firstly my car was towed to them on Monday last week and I did not have a problem they told me they were waiting for the water pump which they have ordered, I understood. I kept getting SMS’s from my tracker saying my car battery was disconnected I called them and ask about the progress of my car they told me they were almost done, I understood n I was patient, Friday I called asking abt my car they told me when they ordered the water pump it didn’t come with the armor ring something like dat n I was told I will get it on Monday morning as they received the armor on Friday afternoon, I still understand. Yesterday I called them they said they were finalizing the car they jst waiting for a ring I cannot rmmbr the name of it but wat angers me is that i am the one calling regarding my car to check on the progress of it no one is calling me and informing me abt wats happening. I use the car for work n I can’t even do anything bcoz I only have one car. Joburg City Auto service is no longer the same, changing a mere water pump takes a week and days. I called them today to ask about my vehicle n now they telling me the is another pipe dat is leaking I checked my car b4 they towed it it was jst the water pump leaking nothing else n now de is another leak, last week my car battery was disconnected for what I don’t understand. I don’t know what’s happening at Joburg City Auto but they need to find another way of trying to satisfy their customers. I can’t be struggling like this. They should be honest about what’s going on I know they trying to brush me off wen they say another pipe is leaking the is no such I know my car. I always check it b4 taking it to service or for any repair so I understand wats happening. The leak was from the water pipe nothing els. They cannot say u’l get ur vehicle 2mro den u plan ur things den 2mro ur vehicle had a prblm u will get 2mro den 2mro it’s anada story we have things to do. We use our vehicles to travel to work. Lifts are not nyc.
