AN OFFENCE I NEVER COMMITTED

I am so dissapointed, i traded in my 3 series in September 2017 assisted by a guy named ZAMA, and took ownership of another, however, i have just discovered that i have an infringement for the same car traded in at the above dealership which was committed on the 14th November 2018, over a year, why didnt they change the ownership immediatley, this makes me wonder!!!! I now have to pay for an offence i did not committ, this SUCKS!! wonder if i will ever do business with them, let alone recommend them to anyone. THIS STINKS REAL BAD
