Disappointing Experience with Jobela Bus

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent trip from Cape Town to Ngcobo on December 19th, 2025, with Jobela Bus. The experience was marred by poor planning, long delays, and a complete lack of communication from the drivers. Firstly, the bus was severely overbooked, which was evident from the moment we departed Cape Town. The lack of organization and planning was concerning. To make matters worse, we had extended stops in Worcester and Beaufort West, leaving passengers waiting for hours without any explanation or updates. The most frustrating part, however, was the lack of communication from the drivers. No announcements, no apologies, and no updates on our expected arrival time. Passengers were left in the dark, wondering when we would finally hit the road again. As someone who values punctuality and good customer service, I was thoroughly disappointed with Jobela Bus's handling of this trip.
