Not responding

I app**** various Pharmacy jobs especially research pharmacist on hireresolve.co.za but i am not understanding why they are keep on posting and moreover when i observe total adverti*****t it mentioned as few years back. it gives me very sad and tried to call then JHB branch but nobody is attended and not giving any replies to our mails. Please respond to whom can we contact. if they provide live chat it will be useful at least….
