RESPONSE AND REFUND

I received an sms from Jobalert earn R10 000 to subscribe.I then subscribed and clicked on the link to register.I struggled to register therefore I then decided to cancel with immediate effect.I never received a confirmation sms that I've been subscribed neither to sa I've cancelled none what's so ever.I found out a week later from my service provider about the bill and I was subscribed and according to my service provider the billing from the 1st day to the day my service provider cancelled.Jobalert has promised to pay and contact me and told that my service provider cannot cancel only they can cancel subscription.I need them to refund me back from 27/10/2015 to 04 /11/2015 at R7.00 a day.I adviced them how serious this is bo one contacts me back even after 24hrs as promised.
