Hi , my name is Temitope Nicholas Oni and i lived at 36 Lanzerac basden avenue centurion for almost 4 years and my rent was R6,500 a month which i paid 1 month and a half deposit before i got the apartment, I abided by the rules and regulations all thorough , for the whole time i was there i never had my apartment renovated meanwhile there where holes all over the wall left by the previous tenants, The stove i saw was very old but it was never changed. when i decided to leave the apartment i was told i will receive my deposit after 21 days which never happened after i have left for 4 months . I called my letting agent George Pennells about my deposit and he told me the company has used my deposit to buy a new stove ,The stove was working perfectly well when i moved and he George Pennells check listed the apartment before i left and everything worked fine. The company has done nothing to address this mater after so many months and so many calls to report George Pennells, I have a month and a half deposit with them and they don't want to release my money back.
