Unprofessional Service - Correction NO Service!

<p>On 13 December visited the Shop for a haircut. Barber busy doing her nails at a lady working in the same shop. Inquired about the possibility of having my hair cut. Response from Alida Herbst - "Will absolutely not be possible". Uhm, why be at the shop when you can't perform the service for which you are therefore? Highly unprofessional. Good luck in retaining customers in this difficult economic climate with that poor, rude, arrogant and highly unprofessional behaviour. I think I can understand the "extremely low prices" offered by your business, that will be the only way . Won't help though - change your attitude, become professional and you might increase your custom. Stay well away from this business. Extremely poor, very bad service. Well that's going to far - NO Service will be a better description.</p>
