Unprofessional client service and experience

This is a store I shop at regularly because I love the style and quality, however the service experienced at Sandton City yesterday was not one I would rate as what I am used to and neither do I appreciate such attitude. “Conveniently” after checking twice regarding a sale item, I was charged incorrectly... Very embarrassingly expressing that it was the incorrect price I was asked to pay, to be told it wasn’t when , eventually I was correct. The amount I was asked to pay was not discounted. I also found some beautiful clothes that I wanted to go buy today, within 24 hours I confirmed I would be there if a few items could please be held for me... I would be most grateful , I expressed. Begrudgingly I was told I can, I then proceeded to ask if the 25% discount could still be allowed when I purchased the items as the sign said “ for 1 week, launching Sale of a saving of 25%”. If I’m correct, today is still within the week since this sale began last week Monday. I then get called almost first thing this morning today to say sorry- the 25 % no longer exists. Is this how you treat repeat customers for an exclusive brand? I think it’s disgusting, unprofessional Behaviour.
