Disappointed with Jo Borkett Sandton

Dear Kirsten ( Jo Borkett Head Office) Trust you are well. I am very disappointed in the service I received from the manager from your Sandton Branch. I am a regular customer of Jo Borkett and I cannot believe how I was treated at your Sandton Branch. I bought a whole lot of wallets worth thousands of Rands and your manager refused to give us a small paper bag for each wallet. I know Jo Borkett is a top brand and how else will I impress the people Im gifting that with a jo borkett wallet in a jo borkett bag which makes it look classy. I was even prepared to pay for the paper bag but she refused. Well, just to let you know you have lost a valuable customer. We were going to buy all our Christmas gifts for our clients (and we have hundreds) from you store but we are no longer going to purchase from your store. Jo Borkett staff should learn better customer ethics.
