Customer complain

Complain. I returned a dress on the 5th of November to Sandton branch because the dress is small. My mistake was not trying the dress at the store. When I tried the dress I had make up on and it touched the dress of which it can happen to anyone. I left the dress at the shop coz they claimed that they will send it to their head office. No one called me until this morning when I called the store for feedback and I was told that they will get back to me , 30mnts later someone called me back to say they cannot take the dress cos it has make up and perfume. When i left the dress it did not have perfume only make up. I cannot take back a dress that is small and I did not wear that dress.im so disappointed with Sandton service. I tried looking for their complains line and it's not available
