Useless-Do not use this guy

Paul from above company installed a system in my house. As other person said he talks the talk but that's it. Once I reported problems I never heard from him again. My wife got hold of him and said he will send somebody. This did not happen also and I phoned with no success. He rep**** to my message, but arrogantly said he made no commitments. I now believe his a ******* and advise people to stay away from him
