Letter of good standing by the department of labour

Good day can you assist me with my letter of good standing by the department of labour. It's already expired on 03/4/2020 . I did submit my information online as well as manually. I also pay my invoice of R0.01 into their account. And I'm still waiting and it's also a requirement for tendering. I'm unemployed and it's my only source of income. Can you assist me in this regard.
