Unreliable service from J.N.H Small Plant repairs Durban

J.N.H Small Plant repairs a small company Operating from Palmerston Road Mt Vernon in Durban does repairs to Generators. Our alternator in the Generator broke and we engaged J.N.H Small Plant repairs to repair it. They Repaired it at a cost of R5 K. When they returned the generator we were told it will last years. After three Months the same thing happened again. We called on J.N.H Small Plant repairs to come and have a look again when arrived they told us it will cost another K6K To repair. We informed them that they have to come to the party as its only three months old the repairs they refused. After they left they are ignoring our calls and messages. I find this unacceptable as the generator lasted for years during load shedding after it broke for the first time.
