Refuse to give back Deposit
They invoice a refundable deposit to your order which becomes a hideous process to receive back. They do not offer the same level of communication when it’s time to refund your money, the owner Nolan Hartzenburg claims that the equipment were dirty although they stated in their contract that we as customers don't have to clean equipment, we even rinse the chafingdishes,on top of that I ask for white table cloths, I received dirty white and cream table cloths, which i can't use, he refuse to pay back our deposit, We hired chafing dishes for R150 per item, he claimed that he charged R100 on per dirty chafing dish, ridiculous, money making ****mer. Unhappy customer

07 May 2024, 06:03I collected the goods 16h45 you closing at 17h00, my event setup was for 5h00 the morning, you open at 8h00, how could I check the wrong stuff and return it if you closed?? You were supposed to check if everything was correct for each customer, you contacted me to get the order correctly and then I get the surprise of dirty white and cream table cloths, a good business recognized his mistakes and apologized, your business has so many bad reviews, I really hope I read the reviews first before hiring from you, another thing is how are we as customers supposed to return to you clean equipment and table cloths, and you want your stuff the very next morning after an event returned?? After an event we need to do washing and clean equipment, if we return irmt late thei are late chargers, you are required to sterilized these equipment for the next person to reuse again, very important fact, healthy comes first.
