Replaced a broken faulty engine in my car

Took my car to them for engine overall. Owner's/Manager's name if Junaid. Who promised me the world. He claimed that he had an engine for my Audi and that he would replace it. He got paid fully for the job. Things were promising at first and he even managed to get the car to start, but there was still more to do. His company started ignoring my messages for days on end. When I would eventually get hold of them, they would tell me they will get back to me, but fail to do so. I eventually went to his work shop and he would tell me about the issues with the injectors and then it was the turbo. I bought these parts. Car was still smoking and misfiring and there were signs on the dashboard and he said it was an electrical issue. A month later they claimed to have taken the car to the Auto electrical guy. The issue according to them was sensors but the engine was perfect as he said. At this point I had lost my trust for them. I suggested I take the car to my local mechanic to have it checked and they agreed. Upon taking my car I noticed that it was leaking oil heavily and the car was misfiring. They failed to disclose this to me. They next day I took the car to my local mechanic. He found a lot of issues with the car. Oil is leaking heavily because the timing aluminium cover is damaged. The fuel pump was loose and had incorrect bolts used on it. All the spark plugs used on my car were different types and were not for my car. I sent them videos proving this and they chose to ignore me. Up to a point where I told them I would send the matter to the ombudsman. Shannon only then rep**** and said I can go ahead. This women ignores me purposely. She would me on line on what's app and deliberately ignores me. This must serves as a warning to car owners to never use those ******. They will lie to your face and use all tactics to evade you and buy time. There are more than 20 cars that have been there even since I sent my car more than 7 months ago. Beware of these ******.
