John Marx, the owner of this business is a definite *****. Put carpets on our roof and claimed it as being ABE torch-on waterproofing (also advertised on Gumtree). He doesn't issue invoices for monies paid into his account and doesn't answer his phone or e-mails afterwards. I have proof of our roof which is an absolute mess as well as the quotation that he forwarded. He also couldn't e-mail me an official quote, as he claimed that his e-mail is not working and could only send me a snap-shot of a very incomplete quote on WhatsApp. Please remove and block him from all forums to prevent him from carrying on with this ********** activities. He has also de*****ed other people in the area.
