Terrible Service – Avoid JM Stationers!

I ordered a drum unit for my Canon printer from JM Stationers, and they sent me the wrong one. Despite providing proof that it was incorrect, they refused to issue a refund and insisted they sent the right product. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a reliable supplier, I’d strongly advise against using them.
