Over billed
These people and citynet are billing me R558 for water in a 1bed apartment with 2 adults living in, these meter readings are false why would water cost more than electricity. This utilities company is doing **************** on me they do guess work please let me know a proper place to go report them.

29 Sept 2020, 10:56You Motla & CityNet ******* y’all trying to rob me there’s no way I could use water for R558 living in a 1 bedroom apartment never and why should a tenant pay 10% of common area water usage for what we don’t have a swimming , I don’t wash a car here we don’t have a common area water tap / household don’t use as much water as business shops in the building you are ****** ******* y’all don’t deserve your trade licenses you *****ing from people day and night you ****** ******* damnit
