*Absolute Waste of Time – Disappointing Service for a Loyal Customer* ⭐ (1/5 Stars)

I am deeply aggrieved and disappointed by the appalling service I experienced at this branch today. I entered the store shortly after 9:45 AM specifically for breakfast. Before sitting down, I asked the staff a direct question: "Are you open?" I was explicitly told yes. Based on that confirmation, I seated myself and placed my order.

Almost 50 minutes later, absolutely no food had arrived.

When I called for management, I was told the store actually only opens at 10:00 AM. Even if that is the case, by 10:00 AM a restaurant should be fully operational and in a position to serve its patrons.

Management then offered the excuse that they had to perform a deep oil change. If your kitchen is not ready to cook, your doors should remain locked.

I spent over an hour of my morning waiting for absolutely nothing. As a previously loyal customer, you have completely lost my future business due to this total lack of communication, accountability, and respect for a patron's time.
