NEVER EATING AT JMOS WESTWOOD MALL AGAIN

Yesterday came in to grab a bite at jmos Westwood, but was very disappointed with yourlls services , waiter gave our pita bread to the wrong customer and made us wait for another 10 minutes and also our chicken was abit ******. So when we sent the piece back to the kitchen, the manager sent the waiter to ask us what must she do.. so we called to speak to her , she just told us that that part of the chicken is always like that and I told her if I posted it on social media it's ok because that part is like that? She didn't reply and just walked away no sorry whatsoever.. she could have atleast apologized , we are customers of both Westwood and gateway branch but we never experienced this at gateway.. don't think I'd ever want to eat from jmos again.. they need to train management that's not the way to behave..
