Bad customer service

I had a very bad service from Jmos in Westwood mall,I ordered a meal that comes with a cool drink and a roll BT I had to ask the consultant for the cool drink as she forgot about it and was busy with her phone.When I got to my work place there was no roll and I had to go back to the rastuarant to get the roll,she didn't even apologize she was rude and was having a conversation on her phone while I was speaking to her.I reported the matter on the rastuarants WhatsApp number but there was no response but the message was read.I will never buy at Jmos again.Their customers are not important to them.
