Poor quality meals

Ordered a smash burger as i have tried it before. This time around the patty was a solid beef which does not make it a smash patty and the bun was obviously not fresh cos wen warmed up it became rubbery. The manageress says buns are like that cos it's day old. Worse meal and service ever.
