shocking experience

After my daughters car had gone in for minor repair work to JMJ Bodyworks, I was skeptical of there workmanship, but thought to myself that everyone deserves a second chance. I have taken 2 vehicles to be repaired at them excluding my daughters car. First car: Replace the front bumper and respray the bonnet. This took 3 weeks. After the 2nd week, I went to check on the progress and I was told it would be ready that same afternoon or tomorrow morning. The next day I went and the car was still not ready. Eventually I did get the car, but with my old number plate on (insurance was change for a new one), and the wrong number plate holder (there are exposed holes in the bumper).

Second car: It just needed the back bumper resprayed. This took 2 weeks to complete. They request when the car should be dropped off at them, so there should not be any delays due to waiting for parts. On the 12th day, I went and inspected the progress on the car. It was standing outside without the back bumper. Again I was promised that it would be ready by tomorrow. When I left the car, I asked that the repairs be done in 12 days because I needed the car to take my wife to the airport (the other car isn't reliable). I eventually received the car, but the silver strips on the back bumper are loose and not glued on properly. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to do a last minute rush job on my car.

There was no communication with myself the client and wrong/misleading information. I am a very disappointed customer and will definitely not be using them again in the future or recommending them to anyone.
