JMJ IS A ****

If it were possible to give a minus review I would without any hesitation give JMJ the lowest possible review. I was in an accident on 10 May 2022. My car was taken to JMJ to be "assessed" - which by Jacques' standards are to simply look at the car and assume what damage has been done. No formal assessment was done and it took JMJ until 29 August 2022 to "complete" their job. This was after the car had to go back to be re-sprayed and a tool had to be removed from my door as it was just left there. The owner, Jacques, also is incredibly arrogant and rude. He has absolutely no respect and blatantly **** to me and told my husband completely the opposite of what he told me. Typical "take advantage of the female client" mentality. They have caused even more damage to my car than when it went in for the repairs. The turbo blew, the radiator had to be replaced and it is currently back at the mechanic once again for something else that needs to be repaired. I will never in my life recommend this place. There are no standards and Jacques should not be allowed to interact with clients.
