Exremely dissapointed with JMCD embroiders

Extremely disappointed with our experience with JMCD Embroidery.

We approached JMCD Embroidery with the intention of outsourcing work and hopefully building a long-term business relationship. Unfortunately, our experience has left us feeling extremely disappointed, and we have decided not to continue the relationship.

We experienced difficulties with communication and obtaining quotes, which made it challenging for us to provide accurate feedback to our own clients. When issues later arose with the orders, we felt that the responsibility and costs were unfairly placed on us rather than the concerns being resolved collaboratively.

One of the most significant issues involved a shirt embroidered for one of our clients. Based on the instructions and communication we have on record, we requested that the slogan lettering be made small and red. We did not intend for the “s” in “matters” to be removed, and the finished product was not accepted by our client. We were disappointed with how this issue was handled and did not feel that an adequate effort was made to find a solution that was fair to everyone involved.

We also had concerns regarding another order, which added further difficulty when trying to manage expectations and provide feedback to our clients.

Mistakes can happen in any business. However, in our experience, what matters most is how those mistakes and concerns are handled. Unfortunately, we felt that the communication, consideration and effort to resolve our concerns fell below the level of professionalism and customer service we expected.

We genuinely hoped to establish a long-term working relationship, but based on our experience, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. We would personally not recommend their services based on the experience we had.
