Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Firstly they cannot fix defects on a new car and secondly you have to beg for service which does not form part of their policy it seems. This has been going on for 2 years. Both your East rand branch and your Ruimsig branch is useless, and nice to know that one of the managers at Ruimsig, Micheal Wang, does not have time to deal with a client's "s@!+" and hangs up the phone.
