**** Customer Service JMC SA!

Wow where do I start.... I bought a truck (used) from JMC Bloemfontein... truck had issue, took me 10 months going back and forth sorting this, ended up using a private Mechanic... the Dealer Pricipal in Bloem made it CLEAR he want me and my complaints out of his life.. Now I had to buy parts from JMC SA directly... emailed them got quick enough responses and a quote, about a month later I paid for the parts, after multiple emails I got a reply parts are there and ready... so I rep**** ok pls send me photos and pick-up address so I can send a courier company... but NOTHING I email them once a day now, NO reply whatsoever from JMS SA!!! Terrible!!!
