Auto Centurion / J M C refuse proper communication and take 13 days to fix a car that is according to them in mint condition.

On the 22nd of October 2018 we bought a 2012 Ford Figo from the sales manager. According to him the car was AA approved and no problems on the vehicle. We did ask him about the louder engin sound and he assured us it was natural for a Diesel and again assured us there is nothing wrong and that the AA approved the car. The day after we took the car a friend of ours (also a motor technician) said the vehicle sounded to hard and suggested we take it to Ford. Ford immediately said the a diesel enjin does not sound like that and said in sounded like an injector problem and advised us to have it tested. We took the car for a diagnostic test and a problem on the injector showed up. We contacted them and we sat with, the sales manager and he asked us to if he could to a test for himself on the car just to make sure as they kept saying there is nothing wrong with the car. We agreed that we will have a representative there, he will take a video of the test and sent in to us, and after that we will sit and discuss the situation and decide which way to go. The next moment we heard that they went ahead and worked on the car and that it will take 5 days to complete but they still said there is nothing wrong with the car????? We asked them about the arrangement we had but they simply ignored that. They send us an e-mail stating that they had the vehicle tested at another place and that there was no problem with the car and said we have to pay R700 for the test. As they refused to send us any paperwork, not even the terms and conditions we signed, we contacted them on a regular basis to try and find out what is happening with the car. The manager told us he said we must give him 5 days and then blocked our numbers for whattsapps and calls on his phone. He also said he gave the sales manager instructions to to talk to us. He also on several times, put the phone down in our ears. There was also personal badmouthing from them about us to 3rd parties. There was some e-mails send from both parties but today is the 13th working day that they have the car and they still refuse to say what they are doing with the car..... they did however in a mail admitted that they are working on one injector...... as I say.... for 13 days .... today being the 14th of November 2018. This review is only about the fact that we can not get our car from them. There are numerous other incidents that also happened but that for a later day.
