3 YEARS 120 000KM - WARRANTY ???

I have had various name brands in my fleet since 1986 but never had a warranty issue like the one I am presently having with your company.One year ago we purchased JMC SWB DROPSIDE LUX AND TRAILER. We decided to do a trial on this combination which suited our long distance deliveries (no weighbridges and decreased toll fees)<br> But that is now costing us money with your 3 YEAR 120 000KM WARRANTY<br> What warranty I ask myself as most things are excluded at 30 000km.<br> We have just sent the vehicle in for its 70 000 service. <br> The fuel gauge stopped working at 68 000. The gauge would give false readings from 0 - 100% <br> This caused a lot of problems along the way as the driver was always filling up just in case he found himself without diesel alongside the road. I was told that the warranty only covers this up to 30 000km. This effectively means that with the average km we do on this vehicle we were only covered for 5 months from new. So we had to pay for a new one.Now a couple of weeks after the 70 000km service we have had the aircon pump sieze when trying to use it in this heatwave. Same story only covered for 30 000km. Now you can understand why I the owner of the company am getting HEATED
