JMC East rand poor service

Ordered a part from Johan on Friday he said that i could collect by 12h00 today and he would call me. I called at 14h45 on Monday as he did not call me and he said there is an issue the internet is down and he did not order the part.He would let me know when he has the part. This is really stupid why not order the part via a telephone in stead of relying on technology that is not available, Poor customer service.So now i have a JMC vehicle that cannot be fixed due to the internet being down-i am shocked at this poor service.
