Pathetic

My two boys had birthdays in march and april 2017, to which we considered having a play park installed. We contacted this "must i say f*****g inconsiderate "company"" to do the installation. First of all we received and viewed play parks as advertised and decided on a specific play park and paid the deposit...it took a month and a half to get the measurements, area and type of material to be used ready before the actual installation(why not come and do the measurements yourself as a professional, as you say u are).... on the day of arrival we had to pay the other half before they would actually load the material from the vehicle..as we did... they installed the play house, "they did ask where to install and the angle" but how can one say where and how when one does not know how it actually looks like, not the play park we paid for and definately not the material we considered in the first place.... my wife was not happy at the end and contacted Micheal to share our point of view, to which he said he will come back and fix the mess, 2 months later, no reply, we decided to go the legal route, my lawyer even struggled to get hold of this guy, "possibly moving to cape town", hopefully he comes and removes this piece of no use, my children cannot even play in the house, the planks used as flooring broke the first time my son went in to place the ground mat, no windows installed, one of the swings are not fitted and the darn thing is facing the naighbours' house, each time the children goes up the ladder the dogs are going mad..... unhappy Mr very unhappy....i spoke to this guy today and his reply was to talk to his lawyer, my goodness i made the whole team boerewors rolls when they were busy, we are grownup humans, for S*** sakes, fix ur S*** like a man! The owner misleads and leaves with empty promises, i will not recommend you to anyone, not even the Government my friend¥
