JMB Water. Clueless, hopeless service and faulty products.

Worst service and workmanship ever!! I have had so many problems with this company (as a reseller of their products). Firstly I had 3 reservoirs damaged because their roof design was done very badly which caused water to accumulate on the roof and collapse the reservoir. I had to get this all fixed at my own expense with huge amount of travels to get them fixed. Then I had a roof cover that did not fit. They sent me 3 new ones which did not fit, all too small. The last one they sent was too big. The reply I got from them: "At least it is not too small anymore". Again, I had to drive 200km one way more than 3 times to attend to this. At my own cost... Doing THEIR research and development. At MY COST! Eventually I had to adjust and make it work because clearly they did not know what they were doing. Then lastly I had a reservoir burst. After some investigation it seems like this happened because they bend the steel mesh when they roll it up causing weak points in the steel. After many many months of nagging them they eventually sent me a new one which I had to drive 850km one way to go and replace.... This company has cost me a ton of money, they don't know what they are doing and don't care about their customers when the time comes. They also owe me money from a faulty product which they refused to pay back, even after we agreed that they could pay it off. No luck...

Think very carefully before doing business with these ********* people. They are simply clueless...
