Poor service provider- JMB Photography/ Phoenix, Durban .

I had hired the above mentioned photographer for my wedding (09/07/23) he promised the following: unlimited photos with with video + an album for R6500.00 which was paid upfront with no hesitation as he came highly recommended by a family member. The photos weren't that bad (low quality) and no professionalism as well the videography. Fair enough I did not complain despite numerous whatsapp messages to him requesting the USB with the photos and full video. It's been 7 months and still no album as promised and paid for! Till date I have sent him many reminders even went to the extent of telling him to just print my pictures and hand it to me - being a photographer he doesn't even have access to a printer??? I have approached him at his office on Hannaford drive I Phoenix, he again promised me that the album was outsourced and the other company had informed him that it would be ready by the next week (10/12/23). Still no response From then till now. I have threatened to open up a charge .... he didn't seem to care and said I should go right ahead... so I thought this would be a better option. I hope no other couple has to go through this kind of trauma!
