Bad service

I need someone help, I have done my wedding film and photos with JMB Production last year. We paid for the full amount and extra r400+ to this guy name John. He only gave us 1 USB stick and his being promising us the photobook for month's, week's and day's. I have being calling and even went to see him. He always tells us tomorrow ,next week or make up some excuse. Today I called both his numbers and Whatsapp him but his not taking my call's his only reading the chat with no response. I'm not the only person he has done this too.
