Reject cartridges

Bought 2 hp cartridges, seems original but definitely not whenever I put it in the printer it told me incompatible cartridge so after speaking to the extremely rude staff about the problem I was having they sent a new one and it was doing the same thing then I phoned many times a week later they decided to give me my money back, I sent my banking details and everything asked if me it's been a month and haven't yet got my refund .... There ink cartridges are definitely reject
