Unsatisfied customer

Hi everyone.

We would like to tell you about our recent experience with JM Pools Pty. We had a pool fitted by this company, which by far is the worst experience. They are unreliable and a total waste of time.

Justin of JM pools told us it would take 2 weeks for the entire process to be completed. We are at 6 weeks and they still left work undone.

They were to come back to clean the pool after their mess, the coping around the pool was undone until someone else came to do it. The paving was done by our own people after it was included in their quote. They left a mess and with little to no communication.

The service was really unprofessional and a big disgrace.

If you ever consider a pool company, JM Pools are certainly not the people you ask never mind consider.
