Never Use This Supplier!

Our automated garage door had a bracket that broke, so we called in JM Garage Doors to come and repair it. Johan said that he'd have to replace all of the brackets and the rollers, and repair damage to the door. We paid him and he did the repairs and replacements. He gave us a 6 month warranty on his work. A week later all of the rollers on the one side fell out and the garage door was badly bent. We called him immediately to report it and he said he'd be out the next day to come and have a look. He never showed up and kept making excuses every time we called him. Now, three weeks after his work went wrong, he finally told us that he is not coming out and will only do repairs if we replace the damaged door first. And he said that if we wanted to take legal steps then we can go right ahead. This is probably the worst service we have ever encountered.
